General Terms and Conditions

2. Subject of the Contract
Products sold by the Seller: books, photo prints, posters, and canvas artworks.

3. Ordering Process

• The Buyer selects the desired product in the webshop and places it in the shopping cart.

• After placing the order, the Buyer receives an automatic confirmation e-mail.

• The contract is concluded upon receipt of the confirmation e-mail.

4. Payment Methods

• Stripe online bank card payment (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

• Other payment methods (cash on delivery, cash) are not available.

5. Delivery Methods and Fees

• Foxpost parcel locker: HUF 1,990 / parcel (within Hungary)

• Delivery time: approx. 2–7 working days

• Personal collection: free of charge, by prior arrangement

6. Right of Withdrawal

• The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without justification within 14 days of receiving the product.

• In case of withdrawal, the Buyer must return the product at their own expense to the Seller’s address.

• The Seller will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

• To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (by e-mail).

7. Warranty and Product Liability

• The Seller is liable for defective performance in accordance with the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code.

• In the case of a defective product, the Buyer may request repair, replacement, or a refund of the purchase price.

If the Buyer is not satisfied with the Seller’s complaint handling, they are entitled to contact the conciliation body competent according to their place of residence.

9. Data Processing
The processing of Buyers’ personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the website.

10. Final Provisions

• The language of the contract is Hungarian.

• Hungarian law shall apply to the contract.

• Effective date of these Terms and Conditions: September 6, 2025.
